Backlinks indexing depends on the website domain authority in which you have submitted your content or generate the backlink. Forcing the backlinks to index is against the google guidelines so we should wait to cached the link automatically.

It all depends on the quality of the website where you have build your links. Some backlinks might be indexed withing 24 hours and some might take several weeks.
