Technical analysis in forex involves studying price charts, indicators, and patterns to identify entry and exit points. Traders use tools like moving averages, support and resistance levels, and oscillators to gauge market sentiment and make informed decisions on when to enter or exit trades.

Only technical analysis can show profitable entry and exit points from the market. This also gives us the opportunity to determine where to place stop losses if the signal turns out to be incorrect. Therefore, you must have your own trading strategy based on such an analysis and disciplinedly follow its rules. But you also need to choose a broker for trading that would provide the opportunity to trade with minimal transaction costs (minimum spreads) and fast execution. FXOpen is that company for me.
