Hello, i want to buy Premium or Business Paypal account (if you have Personal, it can be switched, i prefer Premier) which is veriffied and is not limitted in anyway - clean, no past or present chargebacks on it. I can pay $4.

I can pay after 3 days of ownership, so i can login to account. I should receive login details first and after i veriffy account works (3 days) i accept Your order and you receive payment.
