Windows Wallpaper disappear

Currently I am using Windows7. But I have a little problem. My problem is ......... I can't put any background image in my desktop for long time. This mean I can use theme and background images in my desktop but it didn't appear for long time. See the images ................

Hi, where do you store your image, is it on local hard drive? Isnt it on location where is interupted connection to it?
