Is it possible to create Expert advisor based on indicators?

Hello, on the graph i have 2-3 indicators which quite makes strategy and i think i can be able to trade it with sustainable profit.

Question is if there can be programmed an expert advisor for automated trading which will trade according indicators?

If it canot be easily made, i think it can be made hardly by making Wondows software which will analyse Metatrader graph window including indicators and then it will send the needed variables into the expert advisor somehow?
