Anyone experienced Neteller Chargeback/reversal?

Hi, please is there anyone who experienced money chargeback / reversal at Neteller?

I mean someone sent you money and then after some time chargebakc using credit card? This should be possible, but Neteller says in they terms (https://member.neteller.com/document/show):

8. Chargebacks

8.1 If you purchase electronic money using your credit card or through your bank account and then authorize a payment of those funds to a Merchant or another Member, you will not charge back, cancel or de-authorize the credit card or bank account charge.

8.2 Without limiting Our rights or remedies, if you do charge back, cancel or de-authorize your credit card or bank account charge in such circumstances, you are responsible for refunding the payment. We may, at Our discretion, recover the amount by reducing your Account balance, re-charging your credit card or bank account for the amount or otherwise collecting such amount from you.

I understand it that when someone chargeback money by cancelling and deauthorizing credit card payment/bank wire, Neteller have right to get money from that man back (and they will get it according to law..)

But what is practical experience in these cases? Will you really receive money back and when?

Some have cheat me and neteller refuse to rise charge back.So i have raised charge back through credit card...And it's a successful one........neteller keeps on sending account negative balance notice....like notice 1,2,...5 etc.....

Hi jackjack, thanks for sharing your issue! I think that in your case, the thief who cheated you have your money, but now you stolen money from Neteller by CC chargeback, which is against their terms of service you agreed during signup. According their terms, they can "at Our discretion, recover the amount by reducing your Account balance, re-charging your credit card or bank account for the amount or otherwise collecting such amount from you." So if You wish, please with some time delay, share if it ended bad or good for you.
