It appears now sender needs to pay around 2% sending fee instead 0,5% if im right. that becomes quite high .. :-(
Update: After identity veriffication my fee was lowered back to 0,50%. To veriffy perfectmoney, one need to login, click "Settings" tab, scroll down and click "Verification management", then send (1) scanned drivers license or such, (2) upload bank account statement or some utility bill or such. After 1-2 days i got this approved and i could do step (3) an robot call me and tell me PIN code. Once i submit it, im all veriffied and 0,5% fee.
