They allow Instant PerfectMoney to Bitcoin exchange. without need of registering an account.

I tested them with 16usd PM to Bitcoin, it was instantly sent to my btc account (they provide link to blockchain). Also then i transfered 50usd same way. So i can recommend it, definatelly In next days transfered ~ $350 via Alfacashier without issue. Somepayments may take like 5 minutes to be sent to Bitcoin.
