Hi, anyone have/found/can create PayPal account creator / generator?

I mean software will use provided proxies to create paypal accounts with some random data like: (search at SE: fake identity generator)

the export would be something like:
generated email;generated password;proxy ip used to signup
[email protected];5gui9w3hik5;12.136.89.126

just an idea.. what do you think?
