Not fully sure on how this actually works, but I think the idea with combining your Bitcoinwallet with a plastic card/debitcard is a brilliant idea.

When you add "bitplastic review" into google, you will find several sites mentioning scam. So i would be afraid to try this company. There are alternatives. Im using bitstamp.net and they offer credit card too. Here is more about that: http://cashbb.com/credit-cards-debit...s-citizen.html
