When PayPal frozing Unveriffied accounts

if you used unveriffied paypal accounts you may discovered that paypal at some point freeze the account and ask you for veriffying your identity. If you have fake data, you cant veriffy and cant withdraw/send money...(unless 180 days expire after permanent ban?) So my question is if anyone knows WHEN paypal froze the account asking to veriffy identity. So i can prevent this, prevent my funds being frozen?

PS: My two pp accounts got frozen in very roughly around 500usd and 200usd balance, or maybe some suspicious transaction or strange different IP logins!
