- no name vcc, its just card number, type, exp and cvv numbers you get. No physical card, Its just numbers you add into your paypal or other account and it remove main sending limits and get you veriffied.
- vcc is not reloadable and can be used once for veriffication (it has some money on it which paypal will debit and then return back to your paypal
