Personal Warning regarding PayPal (do not enter fake data): PayPal is known to freeze almost all accounts and require scanned documents like utility bill/proof of address, scanned drivers license or identity card.
Beware not entering fake or inproper paypal account name, it is a bad step towards frozen account and possible money loss. PayPal is very hated company, DONT KEEP MONEY IN YOUR PAYPAL, WITHDRAW FREQUENTLY, OR YOU MAY REGRET.

Paypal is one payment processor what is able to recover your money if you have been scammed or somebody have booked up money from your account without your allowment. I have been scammed by an online exchanger and I have submitted a claim and let it escalate it. They have decide in my favour and recovered the scammed money to my Paypal account.

There would be no problem if you are using a proxy connection for registering and withdrawing by Paypal.

I experienced my PayPal being frozen by PayPal (wanting scanned identity documents), because i changed IPs loggin into paypal account several times. THey claimed reason is protecting custommer. I dont recommend using proxies if you cant provide scanned identity card etc. to proove you are real account owner.

For my country, the use is prohibited. I can only send money and I can not receive.
